The Role
This floor position is really your chance to shine! This fast paced role requires you to provide an absolutely outstanding experience to the tables within your designated area, by charming all our customers so that they have a beyond memorable experience. We love it when our customers come back for more, and their experience all begins with you! Your responsibilities include:
- Introducing yourself to every customer and completing the selling system
- Completing opening and closing systems for the floor
- Assisting the sales manager when required
- Ensuring the floor area and tables are immaculate and set up as per the floor plan
- Follow all host responsibility systems
Skills / Experience
We are looking for an energetic, flexible and hard working candidate. You may not necessarily have floor experience, and that’s ok! What we are looking for is:
