About the role
Huia Pool + Fitness is seeking frontline stars to meet and greet our customers, admitting them to the pool and be available to assist providing with general pool information making their visit to our facility a great one.
We have three positions that play an integral part in achieving this outcome by ensuring the delivery of customer focused services through the pool office which exceeds customer expectations and provides a quality leisure experience.
Reporting to the Administration & Customer Service Manager, you will assisting them with bookings, promotional material, while offering the best service to our large range of customers.
About You
You’ll have previous experience working in a frontline, customer service position and a desire to provide exceptional service. You will also have cash handling experience, an eye for detail and be excellent at managing your time.
These positions are permanent, part-time worked on a rostered basis which includes weekend shifts. The shifts are variable between the hours of 5:00am – 10:00pm.
