Based at North Wharf, we have a superb opportunity within our People Division for a People Business Partner Coordinator with the technical capability, drive, and enthusiasm to make a real impact!
As a People Business Partner Coordinator, you will assist the People Business Partners and Head of People Business Partnering with co-ordination and administration tasks required to support the portfolio.
About The Role:
- Assume responsibility as the first point of contact for the coordination, liaison and management of expectations for ASB vehicle driving incidents within our portfolio, alongside the people leaders and People Business Partners in our portfolio.
- Request, obtain and collate information on behalf of my People Business Partners for varied requests that flow through.
- Review, maintain and update position descriptions as required.
- Support and maintain org charts, co-ordination with People Operations for WAP and system structural changes.
- Support with addendums/ letter of offer requests to People Operations.
- Support with ad-hoc projects for the team.
- Create Korero Tahi presentations and any other presentations that are required by the team
- Any support required by the team for cyclic processes (rem review, performance reviews, moderations).
You Will Bring:
- Preferably hold a tertiary HR qualification or be studying towards one
- Previous experience as an HR Coordinator is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively and prioritise workload and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong team player and able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of data analysis and reporting, able to assimilate information quickly and accurately.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
