About the Role:
Reporting to the National After Sales Manager, this senior management position is busy; with responsibilty for all areas of their fast-paced Parts and Accessories department across two sites.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a regional team
- Managing individual, team sales targets and KPI achievement
- Inventory management; oversee the stock ordering and stock control within the branches.
- Staff management; recruitment, team training and ongoing staff development, building on a strong team culture, and performance management.
- Reporting on all aspects of your departments; weekly and monthly.
- Manage supplier relationships
- Ensure exceptional Customer Service and management of customer escalations.
- Work closely with other department Managers; understand that teamwork is the key to success.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years Heavy Equipment / Truck parts management, or leadership experience, ideally in a Dealership
- You have great character, great attitude, great communication skills and the drive to be a fantastic leader from the front.
- You strive to help your team deliver the ultimate service experience to your customers.
