We require a hardworking team player with great communication skill, takes pride in their work and obtain the below skills and values:
- Estimator Person
- 2 – 3 years experience in residential building quantifying
- To read and to comprehend residential plans.
- Capable of quantifying material from the plans
- Familiar with the understanding of the NZS 3604 -NZS 3602 and E1+2
- Computer literacy and proficiency in all sectors
- Any knowledge using PRYDA or MiTek 20/20 or Sapphire would be a huge advantage
- Comprehensions of the New Zealand residential construction technique
- Ability to prioritise and to work effectively under pressure and time frame.
- Be a team player with a history of exceptional working relationship with colleagues and clients
- Regular attendance and punctuality are vital attribute with clean and clear health history
- Strong work ethic and capable of problem solving
- Honest and reliable
- Strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to ask questions and to listen and to understand the requirements.
- Accountability
- Liaising with management and personnel.
- 5 days a week – May be some saturdays
- Hours of work : 7:30 AM – 5PM
- NZ Resident only.
