Kitchen duties entail washing dishes, but also helping chef during service and cleaning the kitchen at the end of service, during kitchen shifts. While front of house shifts will include food and beverage service, basic bar work, cleaning and cash handling.
Could be a great job for someone wanting to further their kitchen and hospitality skills. Experience isn’t needed, we are willing to fully train individuals with the right personality and attitude. Applicants must have:
- Their own reliable transport to and from the job site on the Otago Peninsula
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and to follow instructions and work in a team
Shifts can be discussed and negotiated with the employer- around 15 hours a week, but could be more for the right individual.
Shifts will be on a roster Wednesday to Sunday between 12 and 9:30pm, weekend work is required.
