Alive Foods are looking for experienced machine operators to work 37.5/40 hours per week. We currently have Day, Afternoon and Night Shift positions available.
Night Shift: Mon-Fri: Midnight – 8am – 40 hours per week (paid 30 min meal break) .
Afternoon Shift: Sun-Thurs: 4pm – Midnight – 40 hours per week (paid 30 min meal break).
Day Shift: Mon-Fri: 8am-4pm – 37.5 hours per week (unpaid 30 min meal break).
Note some team meetings before/after shifts are occasionally required.
Qualifications & experience
- Food production machine operation experience – raw foods high desirable
- Food manufacturing environment or bakery experience preferred
- Solid understanding of food hygiene and GMP
Tasks & responsibilities
- Operate, dismantle, and assemble processing and packing equipment
- An ability to problem solve minor mechanical and/or setup issues
- Experience with basic preventative maintenance processes
- Actively maintain a high standard of quality and consistency of product
- Maintain a clean work space
- Processing raw materials
- Remains calm and respectful of others at all times
