We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter to join our Jobbing Insurance work team. This role will provide you a variety of different work types and job sizes as we service the major insurance companies and their clients, mainly in the residential area. Work can range daily from repairing small leak damaged buildings to months long major repair work of fire damaged homes, and everything in between.
The successful applicants will need:
- Relevant qualifications and proven experience
- Be an LBP (licenced building practitioner) or willing to become one
- A strong problem solver who is adaptable to ever changing work types
- A positive friendly manner who is respectful to others, and people’s homes
- Excellent understanding of construction
- Excellent carpentry skills, and the desire to constantly achieve high standards
- Committed to the highest standards of Health and Safety
- Well presented
