We are looking for a warm, friendly and confident Administrator who is strongly aligned with our core values of safe, loved and learning. This role will suit a highly organised person who loves people. Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities, you will work closely with the Centre Director, and also be required to assist in classrooms when needed.
This permanent part time position is 16 hours per week, ideally across 4 days. Previous experience in an administration role is essential for this position, as well as:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with children and families
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- A sound understanding of various computer applications, including Excel
