Basic Responsibilities of these positions consist of (but are not limited to) the following :
- Greeting all residents & guests in a professional & cordial manner.
- Assisting residents & guests with their luggage, groceries, etc., as well as holding doors open.
- Utilizing Building Link (or related software) Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
- Scheduling amenities, & reservations.
- Creating work orders for maintenance & janitorial staff.
- Assisting & reporting to the Property Manager, & RSIG Account Manager.
- Situational & observational awareness of property, residents, and guest.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, kneeling, bending over, sitting/standing for long periods of time.
- Performing tours of property, observing/reporting suspicious activity, unlocked doors, safety hazards, etc.
- Utilizing desk phone (transferring calls, parking calls, etc.)
- Writing detailed logs/incident reports, submitting them for review by management.
- Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet)
- Fluency in the English language, written &verbal
- Reliable transportation
