We have a fantastic opportunity to join BNZ and kick-start or develop your career in banking! We have Banker positions at different levels due to their different responsibilities, and the successful candidate will be placed at the level appropriate to their skills and experience. Please see position description for a more detailed outline of the responsibilities at each level. In this role you will:

• Help customers to be good with their money by having meaningful conversations so that they can take advantage of all that BNZ has to offer.
• Help customers with their day to day banking, using BNZ’s digital channels and smart ATM’s
• Have a brilliant start to your BNZ Career, with excellent training and development
• This is not a traditional role you could be out on the floor helping customers use the new technology in-store or behind the desk dealing with requests

This is a part time position, working Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3.30pm.

You will be a customer focused individual and can demonstrate what makes you great with people. Any experience or exposure to banking and/or financial services is great, however we’re also keen to hear from those that can demonstrate their strong background in customer service. Key to any Banker role is your excellent communication skills, and your ability to problem solve and find solutions to exceed our customers’ expectations. We are looking for:
