The Hospitality Associate reports directly to the Tasting Room Manager and assists with the daily operations of the Tasting Room and associated Hospitality and Wine Education events.
The primary duties include:
- Greeting guests
- Generate exceptional customer experiences by conducting wine tastings, tours, and providing for all the customers’ hospitality needs.
- Assisting guests with wine and gift shop purchases
- Sharing the Breaux story and history with visitors
- General opening and closing duties
This position is a weekend position. The ideal candidate will have sales and hospitality experience, a passion for wine, and be customer service oriented. They will also need to enjoy working in a fast paced, team based environment while being able to multi task. We require that the applicant for this position be 21 years of age and be able to lift 45 lbs.
Compensation is $10 plus generous tips and other tangible forms of compensation.
