An experienced compliance manager and AML expert, you’ll assist in the management of the NZ compliance function – including CTF. You’ll ensure the business meets its AML/CTF obligations and other relevant regulatory requirements, while taking charge of other compliance related initiatives.

This will include setting up a framework for compliance and leading the creation, implementation and maintenance of internal policies, procedures and systems for compliance. You’ll also be involved in approving payments and act as a key contact for regulators and law enforcement agencies.

Right now, you’re probably working in financial services, government regulation, auditing, banking or the investigative area where you have experience managing relationships with regulators, in particular, the FMA.

In addition to knowing compliance and AML inside and out, you’ll possess relevant tertiary qualifications and ideally have exposure to CTF as well. Result-focused, business savvy and an amicable team player, you’ll enjoy influencing outcomes, guiding others, and contributing to a quality and client-focused culture where people operate with integrity.
