About this opportunity:

On behalf of our client, a New Zealand leader in the field of online, distant learning services we are seeking an experienced customer relationships manager, with specialist skills in customer acquisition in the digital environment. This person’s purpose will be to identify and act on potential new business opportunities, both in New Zealand and globally through their strategic and innovative use of digital media. Working as part of a high performing team, you will also help to grow their overall brand and reach across digital channels.

In this role you will get to:

  • Innovate with a range of digital tools, or services to identify new customers
  • Create and develop a digital channels portfolio focused on new customer acquisition
  • Champion and grow the organisations brand across social channels
  • Assist in the successful onboarding of new customers
  • Manage and support ongoing relationships with partners and customers.

To be successful in this role, this person will offer:

  • An applied knowledge and understanding of digital channels and how they can be used to attract new customers
  • Experience in customer acquisition and growth
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A knack for writing clear, engaging content across digital channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and utilise analytics and metrics to inform decisions

This is a role for someone who exceeds expectations. They will bring a results orientation with an agile, creative mindset. Previous experience within an online service providing environment would be an advantage. In return you will get to work in a collaborative environment that offers flexible ways of working. This role could be full time or part time including remote, or office based working.
