Hell Pizza Grey Lynn is looking for an experienced Full Time Duty Manager to work in our busy store.

Position requirements as below:
– To perform all duties within the store that combines both food preparation, customer service, staff and management. You will be required to work in all areas of the store such as pizza and food preparation, phones and counter, as well as any other duties, within reason set out by the owner. You will need to operate all store equipment including ovens and register and be responsible for ensuring 100% customer service and product quality.
– At least 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant, retail management or similar industry. Experience in a Hell store is preferred but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
– Have the ability and responsibility to manage all restaurant operations, including up to 15 staff.
-Food ordering, ability to manage store during peak time and dealing with customer complaints.
This can often be a stressful position and is not for the faint hearted.
– Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
– This position requires excellent communication skills.
– Applicants need to have a valid driver’s licence and a reliable, warranted car as pizza delivery is required for this position.
Pay rates are negotiable, depending on experience.
