KidsCan is dedicated to helping Kiwi kids affected by poverty, sending out more than 5 million food, clothing and health items to more than 200,000 tamariki at schools and early childcare centres around the country. Our logistics and distribution model is critical to our school food programme and ready to evolve. Creating a rare opportunity for an expert in procurement, logistics, supply chain and warehousing/distribution to make their mark in a feel-good role.

A warm, down-to earth and broadly experienced strategist, you’ll oversee the implementation and delivery of our annual programmes, warehousing, distribution and procurement plans while driving innovation and implementing new processes that will take our logistics and distribution model to the next level. Expertly guide our teams through this change programme, you’ll ensure they continue to be inspired, high performing and accountable.

Your commercial savvy and achievement-driven focus will shine as you develop strategic industry relationships to support our programmes. As part of the leadership team, you’ll also use your authentic, collaborative leadership style to build strong relationships with others across the business, driving a customer centric approach for the children we support.

With solid experience as a senior logistics and supply chain role within a medium to large business, you’re a hands-on leader who won’t be afraid to get involved in all aspects of our organisation.. A tertiary business qualification or equivalent is also essential, while not-for-profit experience would be a bonus.
