About the role
We’re looking for a part time Lifeguard based at our Huia Pool + Fitness facility, working 20 hours per week on a variable roster, with the opportunity for additional hours available.
As a Lifeguard, you’ll assist and support the Shift Supervisor on duty to ensure our diverse community are receiving support and encouragement to take part in pool activities as well as making sure that all of our pool facilities are in tip-top shape.
About You
A current Pool Lifeguarding Certificate and First Aid certificate would be a great start, however for the right person training can be provided, as long as you can swim.
Due to the lifeguard qualification requirements applicants must be over the age of 16 or turning 16 before October 2022.
We’re looking for great potential lifeguards who can think on their feet, ensuring we’re meeting the ever changing needs of our customers. You’ll need to be a team player and great communicator, happy to roll your sleeves up in order to get the job done.
