We are urgently looking for experienced administrators to take on this long term temp role based in Greenlane. 

The role involves the following:

* Dealing with patient enquiries over the phone and face to face in a kind and empathetic manner

* Meeting and greeting patients

* Scheduling appointments

* Managing patient referral documentation

* Making surgical bookings for patients

* All related data entry and paperwork for the above

The successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

*At least two years administration experience

* Sound computer skills

* Be a quick learner and a self starter

* Have excellent communication skills

* Be kind and empathetic and calm under pressure

* Will be available to start immediately and have at least 3 months availability

* Be flexible to work across two locations, Grafton and Greenlane if need be
