ABI Intensive Services (Wellington) has an opportunity for a permanent Full-time position as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) interested in working in neuro-rehabilitation with an adult population.
The Occupational Therapy Assistant will complete rehabilitation-focused cognitive-communication activities with clients under the supervision of the Occupational Therapy team. The successful candidate must be physically able to meet the demands of manual handling, demonstrate the ability to relate well to people 1:1 and in groups, have good organisational and time management skills, and work well as part of a team. A driver’s license is essential. Experience working in a similar rehabilitation field would be preferred.
