inLight Studios are looking for photo booth attendants, with weekend availability, personality & great personal presentation. Our business depends on the exceptional reliability of our staff, so reliability is a must!

We are extremely passionate about creating awesome & super fun photo booth experiences for our customers. With our photo booths, we attend all types of events; everything from private parties, weddings, uni events to corporate activations and everything in between. Our expanding company is based in Sydney!

This is a casual role that is suited to students or someone looking to earn extra money as hours vary from week to week. Please note most shifts are nights & weekends.

What the typical shift will look like:

You will collect, transport and set up equipment, ensuring all equipment arrives safely and is in working order. You will ensure everything runs smoothly on the night (or day!). Being the face of our business at events you will be helping create super fun photo booth experiences that encourage guests to use our booth as much as possible.

Responsibilities and Duties (not limited to)

  • Pick up/return photo booth equipment using your own vehicle
  • Ensuring all equipment arrives safely and are set up efficiently, neatly and always on-time
  • Ensuring all equipment including props are in working order
  • Submitting test shots to the office for each event
  • Interacting with guests (suggesting props/poses, assisting with guestbook) & some crowd control
  • Ensure events run technically smooth & basic troubleshooting
  • Take behind the scenes photos & videos during events for our social media
  • Remain on-site with the photo booth for the entirety of the event

Required Skills

  • Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and (some) Sundays is ESSENTIAL as that is when most events take place. (being able to work some weekdays is also advantageous)
  • BE RELIABLE – Reliability is of utmost importance as our business depends on the exceptional reliability of our staff
  • Must be outgoing & fun
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Amazing time management skills
  • Be technically confident (Ipad)
  • Have a drivers license and your own reliable vehicle to fit equipment
  • Be able to communicate clearly with guests, other vendors and venue
  • Work well independently and under pressure
