You’ll be the ambassador of this company’s first impressions! You’ll assist the Practice Manager in many aspects of day-to-day business and general office support activities. You’ll be doing:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Welcoming clients and visitors professionally – offer refreshments
- Scheduling appointments – maintaining and updating calendars
- Collecting, sorting distributing and preparing correspondence, mail and messages
- Organising couriers
- Clerical duties – scanning, filing, photocopying, data entry
- Liaising with IRD and Companies office on client matters
- Client database maintenance – set up of client records / statutory files
- Ordering office consumables
- Assisting with monthly invoicing and debtor management
- Keeping Boardroom / meeting rooms / kitchen tidy
- Assisting with marketing initiatives
- Assisting the Practice Manager with various admin tasks as needed

- Sound computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience within a professional office reception based role
