Otago Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse who wants to make a real difference to the lives of people with terminal illnesses and their whanau.

We are looking for a motivated registered nurse to work across our Inpatient Unit and our Community team (working in people’s homes).
This is a terrific opportunity for a registered nurse to develop a palliative skill-set that will make a true impact on patients and their whanau.
This position is .8FTE and will include a range of rostered duties as well as nights, weekends and Public Holidays with some on-call work.
Ideal candidates will have palliative care experience, but more importantly a passion to promote and provide quality holistic care with excellent communication skills. All levels of experience will be considered.
Applicants must have a NZ Nursing Council Annual Practising Certificate, hold a clean driving licence and be fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
