About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Lumber Sales team. This is a 12month fixed term role to assist the current Sales Administrator 20 hours a week whilst they work on a project within the business. In this busy role you are responsible for providing a high-quality professional and efficient administration, shipping liaison, sales support and inventory management services. You will be highly adaptable and willing to perform a variety of administration functions. You will have strong communication skills and capable of fostering and developing positive relationships with our clients and suppliers. Supporting a busy sales team this role provides the frontline customer service support for our customers.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have the following attributes:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an administration role
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to plan and organise well, multi task and deliver on promises
• Excellent customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills, including confidence in communicating cross culturally using a variety of methods
• Computer literate and competent with Microsoft applications
