Our client is a Registered Training Organisation focused on developing career paths for individuals currently working in, entering, or considering employment in the relevant industry. We are currently seeking two student Service Officers for one of our clients for their Sydney.

The Student Services Officer (Enrolment & Student Records) is responsible for the following tasks:

  • 2 yrs of experience working with a CRICOS RTO preferred
  • Understanding of efficient resource allocation across multiple simultaneous requirements
  • Manages varied and conflicting demands to meet agreed standards and timelines
  • High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with trainers, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Well-developed computer skills especially in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry and reports
  • Commitment to Excellence and Accuracy at ALL times
  • To be part of a welcoming, supported, and vibrant campus culture and maintain positive communications with applicants, enrolled students, employers, and other clients

Skills and experience- preferred-

  • Experience with RTO Compliance, including audit experience
  • Current Knowledge of ASQA compliance requirements, SRTO standards 2015, CRICOS, ESOS ACT, and National Code 2018. ( desirable)
  • Experience within an International College/RTO or Higher Education Provider will be very highly regarded
  • Demonstrated competence in using and/or managing Student Management System administration, reporting and conducting student records audits
  • Demonstrated competence in allocating units and courses to online learners as requested
  • Demonstrated experience in managing financial accounts, invoicing, and financial reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with vocational placement management and allocation
  • Demonstrated experience in the coordination and resolution of client complaints
  • Maintaining student communications pre-course, throughout enrolment and post-course
  • Experience with compliance and continuous improvement
