They are seeking a Second- or Third-Year University Student who is studying for a Construction Management Degree. This is an opportunity to work in a positive environment while learning and developing new skills.
Working for this developer builder will allow you to be part of the entire life cycle of projects up to $35M, from development, design, construction through to final sales. During the first year you will spend 70% of your time in the office 30% onsite.
Your role will vary but you will be exposed to every stage of the development and construction process. Not only will you be able to grow your commercial skills and understand processes better, but you will also be able to see firsthand how a highly skilled team of professionals works through design problems and overcomes complex construction issues.
Those applicants who have shown initiative and already have exposure to the construction industry and relevant work experience will be highly regarded.
Please note that this role is only open to second- or third-year students who are studying the Construction Management degree. If you are at any other stage in your education then your application will not be considered. You will be required to work 4 days a week (including Saturday as one of the 4 days). Additional time off will be given at exam time.
It is expected that you will stay with the Company after graduation where you will be given multiple opportunities to continue to develop your career. In addition to a generous salary package this employer is also pays annual university fees.
