The Community Services Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent and proven interpersonal, coordination and administration skills to support our services. We provide services across community support, district nursing, allied health, rehabilitation, community health integration centre, older peoples services, advance care planning, home support, ACC and more. Our team and our range of services is changing and growing and we are looking for administration stars to support the provision of high quality, efficient and effective services to our patients and service users. The position is a first point of contact for the Community Services team and you will work closely with the service leadership, clinical staff, patients and their whanau.
You will:
- Have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn new programmes, systems and services.
- Have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Be organised, efficient and have great time management.
- Be comfortable working autonomously.
- Be committed to providing equitable services.
- Be an excellent team player.
- Enjoy diversity in your work and work well under pressure.
- Be able to use your initiative, problem solve and think outside of the square – improvements and new ideas are encouraged.
- Have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Whilst prior experience in health would be an advantage it is not essential, we are looking for people to join our team who want to learn, grown and provide excellent care and support to the Taranaki community.
