- Have marketing research, strategy, and designed experiences.
- Experience in gathering design research and business requirements from multiple sources and working closely with the marketing team, as a part of an in-house team designer.
- Building websites from scratch, from concept to completion to responsive websites, multiple devices from desktop to mobile version, Wix, and Webflow are essential.
- Maintaining website functionalities and accessibilities, improving existing functions, building exciting new features, work collaborating with developers.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI components, reporting to the director. Familiar with the design thinking process, ability to work with Figma or Adobe XD
- Experienced to deliver large-scale digital design and marketing materials, such as graphic motions, events design, banners, posters, brochures, printing materials, and business proposals.
- Solid graphic design skills, applying illustrations, and following branding guidelines design to deliver design solutions.
- Ability to create multiple design templates to deliver digital design, such as social media posts, graphic design mockups, and mood boards.
- Retouching photos, basic skills of editing videos, and creating storyboards.
Skills and experience:
- Relevant industry design experience in UI, Web or Graphic design.
- Degree/diploma in graphic design or relevant experience.
- A good portfolio of work demonstrating of graphic design or digital design business projects.
- A good understanding of general business practices, work with design research to supply prototypes to stakeholders.
- An understanding of user-centered design methodologies and ability to create UI designs.
- Experience using tools from Adobe Creative Suite and website building tools, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Figma.
- Basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 or Javascript.
