Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing procedures for effective data management and sharing via the SharePoint platform.
- Analyzing and reporting on field data supplied from projects
- Overseeing and assisting staff members in the daily use of data systems.
- Manage the structure and permissions of the cloud-based data storage.
- Regularly monitoring and verifying information in cloud data systems.
- Create and maintain dataflows with information related to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Integrate data management systems with BI reporting in order to monitor adherence to contractual obligations and Safety goals.
- Reconcile any KPI failures with internal managers and customers.
- Development of new data management systems.
To be considered, you should:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in Engineering or Information Technology or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
