We are looking for a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service person to join the friendly Tokoroa Branch team.
About the role:
As a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service person, you will be motivated and customer orientated with a good eye for detail. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquires across designated key accounts, addressing concerns and requests, and working collaboratively to develop solutions. You will have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a team environment and be happy to lend a hand in all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers via phone and email
- Raise quotes and process customer orders
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Product research and communication with suppliers
- Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
- Accurately picking orders for dispatch and receipting products into the warehouse as required
Skills and experience requirements:
- Have a real passion for customer service excellence
- Have a practical and pragmatic approach to seeking solutions
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in a customer service or sales-focused administration role is preferred
