About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service person to join our friendly Whangarei Branch team.
As a Customer Service person, you will be the first point of contact for customers coming into our branch. You will have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a team environment and be happy to lend a hand in all areas.
Duties include:
- Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
- Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
- Answering phone and email queries from customers
- Product research and communication with suppliers
- Accurately picking orders for dispatch and receipting products into the warehouse as required
