We’ve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Operations team as an Operations Associate (Nightshift). This role is located in Wellington, and is a rotating shift pattern where you’ll work two week nights and two week days. You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for supporting the operations function at Sharesies, being the sole charge of systems monitoring during the night shift, and escalating any issues as they arise. During the day shifts you will be responsible for supporting and processing the day to day of the Operations function in the Money & Investment Flows workflow.

For the Operations Associate (Nightshift) role we are looking for someone who:
- is comfortable working as part of a team, however as the night shift is a standalone role you’ll also enjoy working on your own.
- is confident with and enjoy troubleshooting, and identifying when to escalate issues as they arise.
- is looking for an entry-level position and willing to learn heaps.
- is process minded and are keen to learn or already have knowledge that will see you help keep Sharesies operations processes running smoothly.
- knows a bit about finance, or is interested to learn more.
- is comfortable throwing new ideas out and are prepared for them to be challenged – in a nice way.
