You will be undertaking general warehouse activities ensuring products are received, stored, handled and despatched in line with business processes with the opportunity to learn all aspects of warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing
- Overseeing the unloading of containers
- Stocktaking
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operating fork hoists, reach trucks and order pickers safely
What you will bring to the role:
- F-endorsement – Fork hoist licence (or full driver’s licence and willing to obtain this licence with Hygrade’s support)
- Experience and ability to operate pallet wrappers, forklifts and high-rise automated storage equipment preferable (or be keen to learn)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Team player attitude with a willingness to get “stuck in” where needed
- Strong safety mindset
- Degree of physical fitness with ability to regularly handle weights up to 20kg
