Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
We have 2 positions Part-time and fulltime both are located in busy outpatient reception areas they are responsible for booking, attending and processing patient referrals. This is a busy role that requires someone who can multi task, prioritise their work as well as being flexible and adaptable.
Mō tō mātou rōpū – About our team
You will be the go to person supporting nurses and doctors to arrange clinics, process referrals answer patient queries, and ensure that the clinics are booked.
Moū – About you
- You will need strong customer service skills
- Experience working in a busy reception role that requires multi-tasking
- Experience in the health sector would be an advantage
