Due to continued success, a well-established and respected property development company are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team. Based in their central Riccarton location, (and with on-site carparking), you will become an integral part of the business, working closely with the leadership team to further grow and develop the company.
This is not an ordinary Finance Manager role, in addition to the monthly and annual financial accounting and compliance work, you will get involved in special projects, and work directly with clients and business partners, while being exposed to property development and the opportunities and rewards this sector can bring.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a fully or partially qualified CA, with at least 3 years experience, ideally gained in a professional accounting practice or in the commercial sector. Alternatively, if you have had a career break and are looking for part time or school hours, then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
