Calling all legendary Duty Managers! We want you to join our team at The Garden Hotel!
The Garden Bar Hotel has been making it’s mark on the famous Courtenay Place since late 2019. We have recently undergone renovations to make us the brightest and most colourful bar on Courtenay Place! We have also established a brand new team of absolute legends, but are still in need of some equally awesome bartenders! We are the ultimate destination for a girls night out, think pink walls, a huge range of gin AND a photo booth! It’s an Instagrammer’s dream! We are looking for people to join our team who are ready to help us establish ourselves as the only place you want to be on a night out!
We’re looking for someone who thrives in late night venues! Working Friday and Saturday evenings will be essential for this role. If you have experience on the Courtenay Place scene, that is a huge plus (but not a requirement)! We are owned and operated by Kāpura, which owns 35+ venues in the North Island! This means that there are always opportunities for you to work at other venues, picking up extra hours and experiencing a variety of different venue styles!
We are on the lookout for:
- An outstanding employment history in the hospitality industry and ideally a year at management level
- A valid LCQ and Manager’s License
- A natural leader who can encourage their team and show initiative
- A great communicator who shows enthusiasm
- An ability to be an awesome host and to create excellent customer experiences
- A passion for good friendly service and an absolute pro on the floor & bar
- Ambition, commitment to the role and a love of the service industry
