In this position, your role is to provide market leading customer experiences to Vodafone consumer and business customers through a variety of channels in-store, via inbound calls or online chat. We’ll grow your capability to deliver great customer experiences across all channels by providing you with career pathways beyond traditional retail. We will provide the training, knowledge and tools you require to be successful and turn this into a career. About you:
You might have previous experience in customer service in retail, hospitality or a contact centre, or this role might be a new career option for you.
