General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with international student and study abroad programming (orientation, lectures, workshops, etc.)
Assist with IPO’s social media and website content.
Assist with research related to international students and students studying abroad.
Greet visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone, take messages.
Scan, file, copy, documents and assist with record keeping.
Collect payments as needed.
Data entry.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Must have respect for peoples of different cultures and societies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional appearance and persona.
Ability to follow instructions.
Students with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
