The important bits
Successful candidates will:
- Be a graduate of any degree with a passion for change and technology.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.
- Be a student in their final year at university or have graduated within the last two years at the time of application.
- Be a strategic and creative problem-solver who is quick to learn.
- Be a strong communicator with leadership potential.
- Be a team player who can build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- For roles within Technology, have a basic understanding of programming languages.
It’s a plus if applicants have:
- Excellent coding skills in more than one language.
- Experience in contributing to open-source projects or existing codebases.
- A basic understanding of systems architecture.
- Data analysis skills.
- Experience or knowledge in Dev Ops and Agile ways of working.
