Presbyterian Support Southland (PSS) is a Charitable Trust and is the largest social service and aged care provider in Southland. About the role:
We are looking for two Accounts Administrators to join our team based in Invercargill.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Support you will be responsible for monthly processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as ongoing development of processes and systems. Full or part time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
This role will include a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Processing and collection of Accounts Receivable
- Processing and payment of Accounts Payable
- Managing monthly reconciliations
- Banking and cash management
What you will need to be successful in the role:
- Have previous experience in a accounts administration role
- Have previous experience in accounting and banking systems
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Show commitment to providing services in the spirit of the Treaty of Waitangi
