Our Dunedin team are seeking an Administration Coordinator to bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff while undertaking general reception and administration tasks.
The role:
You will be joining a friendly administration team and working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You’ll be carrying out general administration work, including supporting the management team, accounts payable, ordering, reception duties, responding to queries from visitors and staff and so much more!
Hours are negotiable but will also need to meet our team requirements.
You will have:
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written)
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Accounts payable experience is a plus
