McCurdy Trucks require a new team member to join our busy award-winning Truck and Trailer Repair Dealership.
We require an Admin Superstar to join our action packed Service Department.
This role requires you to work within our Service Team, assisting with day to day Admin tasks and back up support to our front counter Service Advisors.
You will be required to:
- Prepare workshop jobs for invoicing, this includes taking the technicians story and typing it up in a format which is easy for the customer to understand, adding any materials which have been used and checking parts on the job card match the technicians story
- Process supplier invoices
On occasion you will be required to cover our Service Advisor roles, this includes:
- Talk to customers in person or via phone and email to book in their vehicles
- Raise job cards, purchase orders, service sheets and other service information
- Contact customers with follow up info
- Prepare invoices after job completion and invoice
You will also need to:
- Follow our Company Mission Statement and Core Values
- Understand the pressures on the transport industry and be willing to exceed expectations to get our customers back on the road
