Mō te tūranga | About the role

A permanent opportunity has become available in Population Health. If you would like to be part of the National Immunisation Register (NIR) this may be the job, you are looking for. You will be working with o the NIR guidelines and have a keen eye for detail along with sound communication and IT skills.

Within the role you will use electronic information systems, some paper-based files and inputting accurate data to the NIR.

You need to have excellent organisational ability, excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a dedicated team. A friendly ‘can do’ team approach is required along with excellent customer service skills, phone manner and computer speed and accuracy.

Given the nature of the work, it is critical that you understand and can demonstrate clear boundaries related to all aspects of privacy.

This is a fixed-term position working 28 hours per week Mon – Fri.
