We are seeking a self-motivated parttime Administration Support Assistant to join our team based in Albany, Auckland.
The role is for 24 hours per week to be worked Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The overall focus of this position is to provide quality office administration support to the Ecological Restoration Team in Auckland.
You will be a person who has the genuine ability to engage with people and get results. Skilled in data entry and have the capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. You, will also need to have the skills to manage your time and work load as this is essential.
Some key tasks include:
- Entering job sheets
- Setting up job sheets
- Entering manual timesheets for payroll
- Entering leave forms
- Data entry
- Resolving queries
- Filing
- Shared office cleaning
- RFS Support
- Maintaining Herbicide register
- General office administration support to the RFS Administrator, Cluster Manager and Contract Manager
What you need:
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other professional staff.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff.
- Comfortable working within a team environment.
