The Opportunity

MODLR a finance-technology start-up is looking for an Administrative Assistant & Team Coordinator to assist with helping our team keep on track with the administrative load of supporting hundreds of customers on our software platform.

Weekly hours and daily schedule (how many hours per day) are flexible at this stage.

This job can possibly convert into a full time role depending on workload and applicant capability.

The Role

Administrative Assistant & Team Coordinator may do some or all of the following:

  • organise meetings across multiple time zones, prepare agendas and take minutes
  • create, oversee, distribute and file correspondence and documents with customers and suppliers
  • work with our accountants in New Zealand and abroad to prepare and track budgets, pay bills, and do banking and invoicing
  • ensure health and safety issues are addressed, including making staff aware of building safety procedures and safe work practices
  • ensure information technology security compliances are maintained and compliance policy and procedure is adhered to
  • project or database management
  • update websites or documentation
  • data-entry into the customer relationship management system

The Requirements

  • Should be capable with Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
  • Should be capable of navigating an email inbox (Gmail), multiple calendars, setting up an email signature and out of office message.
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing to ensure key tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • High degree of maturity and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data entry speed
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
