Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
We are looking for an Administrator with a difference – do you have exceptional administrative, organisational and communication skills? Interested in joining a developing team (working across a large organisation) where your contribution matters? We want to hear from you!
As an Administrator you will provide a professional frontline service for all staff, students and visitors and an efficient administrative support service for the Student Accessibility Service. You will actively contribute to and support the team and provide professional, high quality administrative capability in a proactive, efficient, and effective manner
Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have 4-5 years administrative experience in a large organisation. You will have demonstrated success in working with a diverse range of people and issues displaying sensitivity and understanding. You will have demonstrated success in the coordination of a small staff team and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support your leadership skills. You will be computer literate and a competent user of all Microsoft Office programmes.
