This employer is looking for a reliable and organised student to work in a permanent part-time After School Care role for 12 hours per week, at a pay rate of $22 to $28 dependent upon experience.
Hours of work will include 4 days of After School Care from Monday to Thursday, 3.00 pm to 6.00pm. Extra hours are available over the school holidays if interested.
The role involves picking up the employer’s son (10 yr old) from school. You will drop the children (10 and 15 yr old) to after school activities, prepare an afternoon snack, help with their homework and have fun with them. A full NZ drivers license is required to apply and there is a car available should you need one.
Previous work experience is not required to apply, but the ideal candidate will have worked with children before , and understand the organisation involved in looking after children. Any references or experience you can provide will benefit your application. You will need to be reliable, hard working, caring, take initiative and enjoy spending time with children.
