Reporting to the Area Supervisor you will be the next point of contact for our cleaning teams. Hands-on role where you will assist in overseeing the delivery of cleaning services at multiple sites around Tauranga. You have had experience in a similar role, love what you do and are a good communicator who can delegate and motivate staff to do a good job.
Hours of work – flexible but mainly evening hours.
Responsibilities may include
- Back up for the area supervisor
- Oversee the delivery standards of cleaning at multiple sites
- Deliver specialist cleans
- Staff management and training
- Customer relations
- Administration tasks
- Quality control of contracts & organisation of auditing process
- Maintaining client’s security
- Managing performance of cleaners and other Supervisors.
- Commercial cleaning, floor care
You will need
- Full NZ Drivers licence
- Previous supervisory experience or prepared to train into supervisory position
- Great communication skills
- Previous commercial cleaning and floorcare experience
- Basic Computer Skills Word and excel, outlook,
- Understanding of the OH&S function
- Experience in managing staff performance.
- Tidy presentation
- Ability to build strong relationship
- Fully vaccinated
- No criminal convictions
