The opportunity
We are looking for fulltime Assistant Operations Manager to oversee TWO exceptional venues in central Christchurch. In this role you will be a part of the senior management team and you will lead a team of approximately 6 managers across the sites and upwards of 60 FOH/BOH staff as well. As someone who is confident and experienced across all aspects of Front of House you’ll be able to slot in to any management role when/if required. Half of your week will be admin based during daytime hours and the rest of your time will be spent on site during service hours. This could become a full time office based operations role in the future
