You will operate the Autocast control console located on the floor slab under the concrete to produce high quality product efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure production schedule is adhered to, to ensure achievement of the production plan.
- Support team efforts to meet the production requirements. Ensure that best practice is followed for the manufacturing of products.
- Visually checking the level of concrete in the moulds and removes any excess water/waste concrete off the top mould core by pushing it back into mould with a scraper.
- Accurately complete all your duties on time to a high standard of safety and quality.
- Ensuring communication of all work-related hazards, near misses, incidents, injuries and illnesses either using the Vault or directly to your Team Leader / Supervisor within 24 hours.
Key Attributes
- 2+ years in automated processing manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of automated processes and the ability to implement process improvements
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant experience to guide decision making processes
