The role
This division is part of a larger dealership operation. You will be leading a team of 8 to 10 technicians.
The Workshop Foreman will lead the team from the front with approximately 60% of off tools duties, and 40% of on tools work.
You will also need to work in with other workshop supervisors/foremen from other brands in the dealership.
The skills needed
You will need strong technical skills although they do not necessarily have to be aligned to a specific brand.
You will ideally have already operated as a Workshop Foreman or supervisor or held another similar role.
Good people skills are a must as is a fair leadership style.
We will also consider technicians wanting to move up the ladder in their career.
